Being employed has allowed my funds to grow quite considerably over the last few months.

Because of this now that the ork boyz are finished I've started Skaven an army I always wanted to start buy lack of funds prevented me from doing so.

Well no longer 2000pts of skaven are now being built and painted. Just wish the clan rat tails wern't such a bloody pain to do.

I would never paint another model or collect another 40k army again once my nids were done.

Broke that after 2 years and now a 1500pt 2nd ed death skulls army is now being done.

Will only be worked on during the weekends due to work and everything but Warboss is done and been added and once the rest of the boyz are done they to will be added.

Got around to adding a few of the boyz up today.

I have now completed one of my toughest challenges yet. A camofluaged tyranid death leaper.

He took me about 2 months to do and alot of patience.

There are 2 pictures of him one of him without his terrain his colour scheme is based on and another with the terrain.

So I've finally decided to join this site.

A few things about myself and my art should be told I suppose.

First off I'm a 19 and currently half way through my first year of my computing degree at the western institute of technology taranki having gotten my diploma in the same subject. I also work part-time at a computing store doing repairs and tech support.

Now as for my art I will be honest and say my drawing and photoshop skills are pretty poor. However my painting is pretty good and I spend alot of time painting models (as well as using them in battles) from the games workshop series of models. The bulk of them are tyranids from warhammer 40,000 and lizardmen from warhammer fantasy. They are not the only ones I have however as sometimes a particular model will catch my eye and I'll buy it just so I can paint it so in case you see a model which isn't tyranid or lizardmen it's probably one of those.
